Return and Refund Policy
Because most DUGALL products are custom-made hats with customer logos, colors, designs or packaging, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded after sample approval and bulk production begins.
If there is a quality issue caused by production, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will review the issue and provide a reasonable solution, such as replacement, repair, remake or partial compensation depending on the situation.
Please confirm all product details, logo artwork, colors, quantity and packaging before production.
